Foxhole Farms

Today, Mommy and Grammy took me on a special outing. We went to a farm! They have a shop with all of their goods and they had afternoon tea! I wasn’t allowed inside the tea room, but that was ok because we sat outside in the beautiful weather! The food was amazing! There were fresh strawberries, cucumber, tomato, assorted finger sandwiches, scones with fresh clotted cream and jam, and an assortment of desserts! Mommy let me have a little bite of the roast beef and buttered bread and a nibble of her scone with clotted cream! Yum yum!

After tea we decided to visit some of the farm animals. I drove a John Deer tractor! Then we visited some baby goats, chickens, baby ducks, a mommy cow and her two calves, donkeys, and two alpacas!

This mommy cow was feeding her two babies. One is hiding on the other side of her.

This guy was a piggy! He wanted all of our snacks!

The alpacas were new to the farm and very shy. They were all the way in the back of the field, but when they saw little ol me they came up to the fence. Mommy and Grammy thought they just wanted food, but they didn’t eat any! They wanted to see ME! I think they were wondering if I was going to join their herd.
