Well, September was a little crazy for Grammy and Grampy. A really, really, really big tree fell on their house in Florida! Grampy has been staying with us here in Texas interviewing for jobs. Guess what?! He finally got one! Grammy is back in Florida packing up the house and pretty soon the whole gang will finally be here in Texas. Grammy and Grampy will have to make periodic trips back to Florida to check on the house being fixed from the tree damage. Once that is done, they can sell the house in Florida. Grammy said they should be settled into a rental house before Thanksgiving! I sure hope so! Grammy sent me and sissy a vintage quilt. I love it because it is so soft!
October has been really fun so far! We went to an event in our neighborhood called “Paws in the Pool.” All the doggies got to go to one of the pools in our neighborhood. It was too cold for me and sissy though. We like our pool water warm. We ran around and got wet! There were a lot of bigger doggies, but they were all well behaved. We had pup cups and socialized.
Last weekend, we met Auntie Sara, Uncle Jamison, and cousin Annie at a park for Pawtoberfest! There were a LOT of doggies there! We counted more than 10 Corgi’s! There were a lot of vendors, arts and crafts, and best of all...snackies! Mommy shared some of her corn dog with me and sissy and Grampy shared some of his hot dog too! There was so much to see, sniff, and bark at! We were soooo tired when we got home!
