One Year in Texas!

We can’t believe we have now been living in Texas for ONE year! It feels different than the two years we lived in Kentucky. When we lived in Kentucky, we drove home to Florida for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and for the summers! It was only a full day’s drive to get to Grammy and Grampy’s house from Kentucky. Now that we are in Texas, it is a VERY long car ride to Florida. Greta would love the adventure, but I’m older now and those long car rides are ruff on me. Mommy can’t fly with both of us doggies, so it has been one whole year since we have been to Florida to see our doggy friends! Mommy said she is going to fly with me to Florida in November for my 16th Birthday! Greta is going to stay with Auntie Sara and Uncle Jamison. Speaking of which, we have a new cousin!!!! She is a Corgi named Annie Oakley! We have to wait until she gets her puppy shots completed before we can meet her, but we are so excited! Mommy has already met her!

Stetson is our kitty cousin. We have met him a few times. We have lived around kitty cats our whole lives. This is actually the first time we haven't had kitty cats in our own house in a long time. Greta is pretty curious about Stetson, but I just ignore him like I do all cats. Mommy said Annie Oakley and Stetson actually like to wrestle play together! I don't mind snuggling with kitty cats in a beddy, but wrestle play?! Diva's don't do that.
