Sophi's Last Day in the Mountains

Today we were going to go on a hike, but we weren’t sure if it was going to rain. It was a good thing we stayed at the cabin. Mommy said there is no way us little girls could have hiked Anna Ruby Falls. It was pretty steep. Auntie Shannon took Lexi on the hike. She’s a little bit hyper so she didn’t go with us on the other outings. Lexi has way longer legs. Mommy said she did the hike like a champ! Then Mommy had to work on her presentation for a job interview. She did that while sissy and I took a nap. Then Mommy and Auntie Shannon were too tired to go water tubing. I was NOT going to be a part of that, but I think sissy would have enjoyed it. Do you know for their last dinner here they decided to go to a restaurant without us???? The pictures on the internet of Muller's Cafe didn’t show an outdoor eating area. Once they got there, they saw a huge covered patio. Oh, well. Us dogs stayed back at the cabin and pawtied. Next time Mommy and Auntie Shannon will know that pretty much everywhere in Helen is dog friendly!
Before we knew it, the trip was ending. It was time to pack up and head home. We sure enjoyed our time in Helen! Mommy and Auntie Shannon said they would love to come back with us and have more adventures! If you want a dog friendly vacation spot with lots to see and do, this is THE place to go!
